Our history
Son of a Portuguese father, I have always felt a passion
for chocolate since childhood.
During a trip to the north of France, I was fascinated by the number
chocolate shops with chocolates of all shapes
and amazing toppings!
A true paradise...
In 2019, I obtained my Master Chocolatier diploma and I created my workshop in the city of Vila Real de Santo Antonio in the South of Portugal. It is here, in the Algarve, that I find the inspiration for my works
by mixing creativity and regional products.
I chose the name BANDARRA, family name of my wife
and his Portuguese ancestors to pay homage to them.
