Shipping Policy

We deliver our products to the following countries: Mainland Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Depending on the country, the available carriers are offered to the customer when placing the order.

Customer data must be filled in completely and correctly. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in the order not being dispatched or may prevent the successful dispatch and delivery, which ChocolatesBandarra® is not responsible for. Any changes made to your account after placing an order will not be reflected for that order, only for future orders you place.

It is essential that someone is present to receive your order, as we can only guarantee the quality of the product up to the moment of delivery. After this time, we are not responsible for the quality and/or presentation of the product.

For your convenience, you can request that your order be sent to another address of your choice. Be sure to enter your full address, as well as a contact name (if different) and a mobile phone number to facilitate immediate delivery of your order.

If there is no one at the address indicated to receive the order within the time allowed, it is up to the customer to approach the carrier chosen at the time of his order in order to recover his package or request a second delivery (at his costs). In case of impossibility of delivery or withdrawal under the conditions requested by the carrier or for a cause attributable to the customer, we consider the definitive impossibility of the delivery of the product, without right to any refund.

In any circumstance, when the product is delivered after the deadline, ChocolatesBandarra® is not responsible for its quality and its presentation.

Your items will always be transported in appropriate packaging so that they reach the recipient in perfect condition, all year round.

ChocolatesBandarra® reserves the right not to ship its products in the event of particular weather conditions that it deems inappropriate and which may compromise the good quality and presentation of the product.

Some of the data provided (name, address, postal code, city, contact) will be shared with the partner responsible for the transport service so that it is possible to make deliveries of purchases made online. Delivery costs will be communicated at the time of purchase and will vary according to the weight and volumes chosen.
